Remodeling
	This is a refaced floor to ceiling brick fireplace. New framing was mounted around the existing picture. The shelf and mantle were designed and built by Serlio.
	The owners of this kitchen decided to give it a face-lift. Opting for a brighter, cleaner look by re-finishing their stained wood cupboards in white.
	This is a refaced brick fireplace with a faux marble finish. The face and frame was designed and built by Serlio.
Enhancements
	Chair rail, crown mouldings and special framing and mouldings can really spruce up a room. It can also pull it together and give it a warmer cozier feel with the right color and technique combinations.
Repairs
	Repairs are a common occurance in any home. However, once a repair is done, you should never be able to tell that it was required. Serlio has been doing repairs and sheet rock installing for over 10 years. Water damage, cracked and falling plaster, damaged walls as well as renovation projects.
