Born and raised in Brazil, Serlio obtained a Road Technicion degree in 1985 and began his five year Land Surveying career. He travelled to many cities and states within Brazil and was well respected in his field.

Serlio arrived here in America March 1990. It was a sense of adventure that led him to leave Brazil to venture to America.

Serlio originally thought to continue his career here in America. He began painting while taking Surveying and English classes at Norwalk Community Technical College. The lure of independence as the owner of a painting company won out. He now owns and runs a very successful company in Fairfield County, Connecticut; where he competes daily with over 5,000 other painting companies.
